1. What VIN Auto Parts is VIN Auto Parts is a marketplace that introduces buyers to dismantling yards selling used vehicle parts. We are not a party to any sale. We do not hold the goods, take payment, ship anything, or inspect what is listed. The contract is between you and the seller, and it is concluded away from this platform — usually over WhatsApp.
2. Accounts You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may close it at any time from your account settings; closing it withdraws your listings from public view.
3. What sellers are responsible for A seller warrants that they own the part, that they may lawfully sell it, and that the listing is accurate — including the condition grade, the donor vehicle and its VIN. Listing a part that has been stolen, or misrepresenting what a part is, is grounds for immediate removal and closure of the account.
4. What buyers should check Fitment shown on this site is a match computed from the donor car's VIN and yours. It is a strong signal, not a guarantee: manufacturers change parts within a model year, and market variants of the same car can differ. Confirm the part number with the seller before you buy.
5. Export and import Some parts — airbags, pyrotechnic components, batteries, catalytic converters and refrigerant-bearing units among them — are restricted or prohibited in some countries. Checking the rules that apply where you are is your responsibility, not ours or the seller's.
6. Prices Prices are set by sellers and held in US dollars. Any other currency shown is an indicative conversion at a recent rate; it is not an offer at that amount.
7. Content you upload You keep ownership of your photos and text. By uploading them you grant us a licence to display and reproduce them for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to publish.
8. What we may do We may remove a listing, suspend an account or refuse service where these terms are broken, where a listing is unlawful, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Where we can, we will say why.
9. Availability and liability The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for the condition, legality or fitness of any part, nor for any dispute between a buyer and a seller. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
